Mondays at 10:30 a.m.
Stories, songs, rhymes and videos for the whole family! Bring your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters and friends for 30 – 40 minutes of fun!
No registration is required; free tickets can be picked up at the desk 30 minutes before the program begins.

BabyTalk
Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
Birth – 18 months, with adult accompaniment

This program is the perfect way to welcome baby to the Library! Join us every Friday morning for 20 – 30 minutes of songs and rhymes for the very littlest ones, then stay to chat with other new parents. Once a month, BabyTalk will feature an outside speaker presenting information on a wide variety of topics. This is a drop-in program. No registration is required.
Note: Please bring a small blanket for your child to lie on during the program.

Preschool Story Time
Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.; March 3 – May 26
For children aged 3 to 6
The best in children’s picture books, videos, songs and rhymes for children aged 3-6. Children should be mature enough to attend the 30-40 minute program without adult accompaniment. Parents and caregivers are welcome to browse for library materials while children are in the program.
No registration is required; free tickets can be picked up at the desk 30 minutes before the program begins.

Sleepy Time Stories
Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
“Before your bedtime beckons
Before you dim the lights
Stories and wonders await you
every Tuesday night.”
Sleepy Time Stories last about half an hour and provide an early evening out for families. Join us for stories, songs and videos.

Preschool Story Time
Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. until April 20; New session, May 11- June 15
Preschool Story Time is a lively mix of stories, games, finger plays and songs for children 3-6 years of age. Children must be at least three and mature enough to be on their own for 45 minutes. Parents and sitters are invited to browse upstairs while children are at story time, but they are required to remain in the building.
No registration is required; free tickets can be picked up at the desk 30 minutes before the program begins.
Please note: the April 20 program may have seasonal content.

At The Library on 20th Street Branch

Family Story Time
Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
This is a fun-filled program for the whole family. Bring your mom, dad, grandparent or babysitter for 30 minutes of stories, songs and actions rhymes. Children under 4 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Games Day
Fridays at 3:30 – 5 p.m.
Join us every Friday afternoon for an hour and a half of board games. We have a great selection of games to choose from, such as Checkers, Snakes and Ladders, Scrabble and Othello. This is a drop-in program for all ages. Refreshments are provided.

At the Mayfair Branch

Family Story Time
Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.
Stories, songs, finger plays and rhymes round out this 10-20 minute program aimed at preschoolers and their families. Kids under three must be accompanied by an adult, but those over three who are feeling ready can come in to the program on their own.

Babies and Toddlers Unite!
For ages birth – 36 months, with adult accompaniment
Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.
While your older sibling is in Story Time, why not hang out with some kids your own age? Join us for a 20 – 30 minute program. Books, fingerplays, rhymes and puppets will delight the Library’s youngest patrons.
