Easter Traditions

Comments Off on Easter Traditions

With Easter quickly coming around the bend, I look for easy, fun craft to do with my little ones that don’t always focus on sugar. My kids are sugar junkies so the more activities we can do that do not involve candy, the better!

Ideas for Easter:
I love this idea of taking old Baby food jars and making a little bunny out of it! I think I could even make a duck pretty easy too!

Free Coloring Pages

This is always a favorite in my house. Print off a bunch of copies and let the kids go to town! There are countless websites offering great coloring pages so have fun printing them off and hanging them up!

Bingo Dabbing Markers make a great way for little hands to decorate an Easter egg. They can dab, rub, mix colors and I find it was the best way for us to involve little hands in Easter Egg Coloring!

With the nice weather we are having the last while,  we are going to enjoy our first outside Easter Egg hunt! I am so excited. Our Easter bunny doesn’t just leave chocolate treats, he (or she) leaves coloring books, markers, craft items found at our local dollar store, stuffed animals, and sometimes clothes.  I am excited to see where he can hide items this year outside. On the slide? In the garden?

What does your Easter bunny do for Easter?
