Fall, the start of all new things

I know, a lot of you probably wondered where I went over Summer. For my family, this summer was a hard one. If you follow our facebook group, you already know about the Tornado that destroyed my parents farm. We also lost a very special family member this summer. I took the summer off to connect with my family, and take some time for me.

After a lot of talking with my girls and husband, I also decided to change jobs. After more than 10 years of working for the same company and the same people, it feels refreshing and terrifying to be taking on something new.

I guess this is a long winded way of saying, I am back and thank you all for hanging around. I feel like after months, I am getting my feet back under me and I want to thank you all for sticking with me as I took some much needed time away from my computer.

Fall always feels like a fresh start to me. School starts, the leaves change, the weather feels sharp and clean and it always helps me mentally! Thank you for your support while I found my feet.
