My Carry Potty [closed]
Sometimes I find a product outside of Canada that I feel is too good NOT to be shared. I found the Carry Potty and read the reviews and knew I had to share this with Canadian moms as summer finally makes it way here.
My family has used many, many other potties to train and travel with our kids over the years. We have a travel potty but found it tipsy, it needed bags and my daughter would always worry about tipping over!
We tested the Carry Potty with children 4 to 18 months – boy and girls.
This potty is a home run!
Some of the points we love.
- It’s sturdy. You won’t have to worry about your little one tipping it over, wiggling around.
- It seals up tight for road trips, camping, cabins, etc.
- It is small enough to be portable. We even took it to a ball game in the bottom of the stroller!
- It cleans like a dream. You can rinse it out, spray it down, wipe it out. You choose.
- No bags!
- We also found it worked liked a charm to take to the grandparents!

The Inspiration
Whilst Potty training my son who is now 14, he would only use his same potty everywhere, so whilst i was out shopping he needed to go and i had nowhere to tip the wee, so i poured it down the drain and a man shouted at me. I was in total shock as my son was only 2 and he was potty training.
What makes your product unique/different?
My Carry Potty is completely unique as it is the world’s only leak-proof potty. I invented My Carry Potty so it can be the one and only potty your toddler will ever need, it is so important that whilst potty training you get your child used to the potty as quickly as possible, and My Carry Potty can be used at home nursery, car, aeroplane etc it becomes their own personal possession which makes the whole potty training a whole lot easier for both mom and child. What keeps you motivated?
My children and my husband keep me motivated, and knowing that i am helping parents to potty train and take the stress away is amazing.
If you could have one super-hero power, what would it be?
To be able to help everyone realize that a dream is there to be followed and nothing should stop you.
What is the most rewarding thing about running your own business?
The most rewarding thing is being able to help parents is the first, also receiving lovely emails thanking me for My Carry Potty, and i sit and think sometimes i did that all on my own.
Where do you see your business in 5 years?
I have just finished my book George and Hollie and the magic Carry Potty, a lovely colorful book for parents and child of a lovely story about twins potty training, and i am now designing other things i just see the world going mad for potty!!!
What is the most valuable lesson you have learned as a working mom {so far}?
The most valuable thing as a working mom, is that you have to make time for your children not matter how busy you are, they grow so quickly before your eyes so try to have lots of fun time with them, as well as running a successful business.

I’m positive my little guy is ready to train, but I have been holding off until the end of summer because of all the road trips we’re taking; I just didn’t see it working out. I KNOW this would make it go 1000 times smoother. I’d love to win this, and we could start training ASAP!

What an amazing idea! My twins are 22 months and I’m starting to see a light at the end of the diaper tunnel! We live on a farm, so when we go to the city we’re gone all day and this would be perfect for us to have in the truck! Please enter me in the draw!
