I am sure everyone has some Tupperware in their kitchen. Tupperware has been around forever and if you are like me, you may have the old colors of brown, green and orange!

I am not big on kitchen gadgets. Partially because I do not have a very large kitchen so every item I have in there has to earn it’s keep or it’s taking up valuable space. Partially because I was raised by a dad who had a very logical, ‘old school’ view of things. I have been in contact with Cora for a long time. We recently met face to face as she showed off some of the new items Tupperware has.

I had to admit, some looked cool but would I really use them in my kitchen? I have been testing the Chop ‘N Prep Chef  for the last week or so and have to admit, I am hooked.

I started using it to make baby food. My baby is past the mush stage but still needs things cut up.  Morning breakfast is sooo easy and her little hands flap in joy as she sees her dish come out. I put a bit of pre-cooked and warmed oatmeal in the dish and a few pulls on the cord and we add in bananas, grapes, pears – whatever and breakfast is served. I serve right out of the dish as it’s a great little size and easy to wash!

Since my family has all taken turns going down with a bad flu, I have been making lots of homemade soup. I love soup – onions on the other hand don’t agree with my eyes well.  I will put a quartered onion in and a few pulls on the Chop ‘N Prep Chef cord and done! I even put in my celery, carrots and garlic (each individually) and dump into my soup.

What I love is that it’s dishwasher safe (just pop off the top lid with a tupperware orange peeler!) and it’s a nice little size to fit into my drawers. It’s earned it’s keep for sure!

Cora is a very informative Tupperware rep that does weekly cooking presentations at Bibbity Bobbity Boo and she can help guide you through what items are best sellers and how to use them. She just celebrated earning a Mustang Convertible from Tupperware!  She’s giving away a $50 gift card to one lucky Saskatoon Moms Member!
